Ingredients: 1. 5 pieces of tilapia filet ( cut into small pieces) 2. 2 sliced onion 3. Few green chili 4. ½ tbsp coriander powder 5. ½ tbsp red chili powder 6. ½ tbsp turmeric powder 7. ½ tbsp curry powder 8. ½ cup oil 9. 1 tbsp salt or to taste 10. Cilantro chopped Instructions: 1. In a cooking pan add oil 2. Once the oil is hot pour in the onion ( cook for 5 min) 3. Add the Tilapia Filet 4. Add all the spices from (# 4- #9) 5. Cook for 15 minutes and stir occasionally 6. Add green chili (cook for 3 min) 7. Once ready to serve add the chopped cilantro on top and serve it. Enjoy your meal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
