Fried Shrimp

Instruction:

  1. pack of peeled shrimp
  2. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  3. pinch coriander powder
  4. 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  5. 1 tbsp salt/or to taste
  6. 2 tbsp vegetable cooking oil
  7. cooked plain white rice

Preparation:

  1. In a pan pour the oil and preheat it.
  2. Add the shrimp and stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt/and spices.
  4. Continuously stir and cook the shrimp for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once the shrimp turns brown and crispy serve it with white plain rice.
