Beef/Vegetable Sub

  1. 1 green pepper
  2. Chopped lettuce
  3. Onion
  4. Wheat sub
  5. 2 lb ground beef
  6. ½ tbs. cumin, coriander
  7. Pinch of black pepper
  8. 1 ½ tbs. mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oil in a frying pan.
  2. Pour the onion on to the oil.
  3. Mix the cumin, coriander to the onion.
  4. Stir for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the beef and black pepper.
  6. Stir and cook for 15 minutes .
  7. Add the mayonnaise and blend for 2 minutes.

  1. Preheat the wheat sub.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the sub.
  3. Add green pepper, lettuce, onion and the beef.
  4. Spread ranch.
    Serve!!!!!
