Egg Fried Pasta



  1. 5 eggs
  2. 1 pack of pasta
  3. 1/2 cup corn oil
  4. 1 tbsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 2 sliced onions
  7. 1 chopped potato
  8. 3 green chili


  1. Boil the pasta in hot water for 25 minutes.
  2. Once the pasta is ready pour it in a strainer for water to drip.
  3. Preheat a fry pan and pour the oil.
  4. Pour the onion, salt, turmeric powder and stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the potato and stir for 6-7 minutes.
  6. Pour the pasta and mix.
  7. Brake the eggs and mix with the pasta and stir for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Once you are ready to serve chop the chilies and place it on top of the pasta.
    Enjoy your meal
