SHRIMP FRIED RICE

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups of Basmati rice
  2. 1 packet raw large shrimp 24 oz
  3. 1 packet mixed vegetable
  4. ½ cup soy sauce
  5. Salt to taste
  6. ½ cup vegetable oil
  7. 3 eggs
  8. 1 large onion

Directions

  1. Cook your rice in a rice cooker and after it’s finished cooking let it cool for 2 hours.
  2. Heat a large wok for 2 minutes. When the wok is hot pour in vegetable oil, and lightly fry the shrimp for 3 minutes.
  3. Set the shrimp aside.
  4. Sauté the onions with mixed vegetables for 5 minutes.
  5. Add eggs and salt stir thoroughly.
  6. Mix in the cooled rice and stir with rest of the ingredients.
  7. Add soy sauce and stir till everything is blended well.
  8. Cook for 5 minutes.
