Chicken Fried Rice



  1. 4 chicken breast thinly sliced
  2. 1 diced onion
  3. 1 tsp. black pepper
  4. ½ tbsp. ginger
  5. ½ cup vegetable oil
  6. ½ cup soy sauce
  7. 3 cups rice


  1. Cook the rice in rice cooker. Once the rice is cooked let it cool for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat a pan for 2 minutes. Pour in vegetable oil.
  3. Fry the chicken in oil with black pepper, onion, garlic , salt, and add eggs.
  4. Stir and mix the ingredients well for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and stir for 3 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce and stir thoroughly till all the ingredients are blended well.
  7. Cook for 6 minutes, and your food will be ready to be served!!!!
