BOMBAY MIX CHICKEN BIRYANI

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups of Basmati rice
  2. 1 whole chicken cut into small pieces
  3. 2 cups plain yogurt
  4. 2 pack of Shaan Special Bombay Biryani mix
  5. 3 chopped onion
  6. 1 ½ tbsp. garlic
  7. 1 tbsp. ginger
  8. 1 cup of vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Pour 1 cup of vegetable oil on a preheated pot.
  2. Place the garlic and ginger in the oil and mix till color turns brown.
  3. Pour the onion and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the chicken, biryani mix, yogurt and stir.
  5. Cook the chicken 20 minutes.
  6. Wash the basmati rice and let the water drip.
  7. Pour the basmati rice and mix with the chicken.
  8. Add 3 glass of boiled water and stir.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350.
  10. Put the pot in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes your biryani should be ready to serve hot and tasty.
